We are excited to have the authors of Run Like a Mother, and Train Like a Mother, Sarah Bowen Shea and Dimity McDowell at the 2013 Expo. Sarah and Dimity will be selling and signing copies of their books and speaking to our participants about training and running…like a mother!

All 5K runners MUST attend the Expo for race number and packet pick-up. The times to do so are Friday, May 31 from 12p to 7pm and Saturday, June 1 from 8a to 1p. To avoid lines, please pick-up your material on Friday. Community Walk and Kids' Run participants, this is your last chance to register if you have not already.
