Overview
The CapitalCare Health & Fitness Expo will be held on Friday, June 4th, from Noon to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, June 5th, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Empire State Plaza Concourse, in downtown Albany, NY.
This event is free to the public.

The region's premier interactive wellness event, the CapitalCare Health & Fitness Expo, will be held Friday, June 4th from Noon to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, June 5th, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Empire State Plaza in downtown Albany.
Free to the public, the CapitalCare Health & Fitness Expo will offer a variety of family-friendly health and wellness activities, including health screenings, body fat analysis, body mass index, blood pressure checks, fitness demonstrations and health information. The Expo is sponsored by CapitalCare Medical Group, an independent, multi-specialty physician practice offering services in family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, endocrinology, pulmonary medicine, developmental-behavioral pediatrics, diabetes education and medical nutrition therapy.
